Mozilla was nice enough to add the Others Online toolbar to their add-ons page yesterday and since then we've had a ton of new users. Please show them some love, everyone!

I installed the toolbar for FF yesterday and was able to log on ONCE. Each time I try to log back in, I was told to "check your email address and password." I cannot even install the toolbar on my IE. :( I am running Vista Premium Home Edition.

Ok, we figured out what's going on anyway.
For any other users out there, if you somehow checked the "Show adult tab" in the Options and can't sign in anymore, then please let us know what your username is by writing to support AT othersonline DOT com. We'll turn that setting off and you'll be good to go.
In the meantime, we're going to eat some turkey today then figure out what the heck is going on with the adult tab after!
